On the day of your appointment, we electronically submit your claim to your primary insurance. You are responsible for paying any portion not covered by your insurance on the same day, provided we have the details of your coverage.

To facilitate this process, a valid credit card must be kept on file. It is essential to inform us of any updates to your card information. Failure to do so may result in a $40.00 administrative fee for declined transactions and could impact your eligibility for future direct billing services.

To manage our schedule efficiently and respect the needs of all our patients, we require a two business days' notice for any appointment changes orcancellations. This policy helps us extend care to other patients who might be waiting for an available slot.

In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice or a missed
appointment, a fee will be charged. This fee supports the clinic in maintaining the highest level of service and availability to our patient community.
